How long does shipping take?

  • Shoes: 10–25 business days after processing.
  • Bags: 10–16 business days.
  • For showroom stock, delivery takes 2–3 business days in NZ.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before they’re shipped from the manufacturer. Once dispatched, our
return policy applies.

What if my shoes don’t fit?

If unused, you may return them within 14 days of delivery. We’ll exchange or refund after
receiving the return (customer covers return shipping unless the product is faulty).

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We’ll take care of it. Contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll offer a replacement,
credit, or refund – including return shipping.

How do I return an item?
